About Me

I grew up in the mid-west playing hockey and was senior class president of my small high school. I graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan as the Undergrad President of the Endowment Fund. During school, I interned as a High-Yield Fixed Income Analyst and a Growth Equity Analyst at a tiger cub in Boston, MA. I was the only student of my class to go directly into a buy-side hedge fund.

I started at the hedge fund as a US Treasury and Eurozone Repo Funding Trader. Eventually I worked my way up to a Fixed Income Relative Value Portfolio Manager with a focus on US and CAD interest rate derivatives for four years in Minneapolis, MN and Manhattan, NYC. I personally managed $190 million leverred 42x in Dollar and CAD Swaps, UST Futures, Treasuries, 3s1s/6s3s Libor, Swaptions, Cross-Currency Basis Swaps, Euro-dollars, TRS, and SSA bonds.

I moved back to Michigan to help my Father sell his commercial insurance agency to a private equity roll-up buyer. After the acquistion, I bought and rehabbed five rental properties in Mid-Michigan during covid.

After selling three properties, I received a post-grad degree in A.I. from Univ. of Texas-Austin. I joined Auto-GPT (#1 Downloaded Github Repo May 2021 - Aug 2021) as an open-source developer focused on developing custom AI agents and pyunit anti-regression tests.
